Triglav, Slovenia - 2864 m | Summit #19

PT É com grande satisfação que informamos que no passado dia 24 de Setembro de 2018, foi alcançado o cumes mais alto da Eslovénia (Triglav com 2864 metros de altitude) sendo o 19º cume do projeto Climb For Hope. Obrigado a todos os patrocinadores e entidades apoiantes que estão a fazer possível acontecer este projeto.
